Answer: If you do not believe it, you can verify it in the General Property Registry of the Ministry. Your files are public.

For the same reason, no own currency is issued and any currency and other alternative forms of commercial transfers with neighboring countries are accepted. Just for simplicity. All documentation from the original country of each Sovereign is valid and operational. It allows interrelation with neighboring countries without administrative obstacles.
Simplicity, I already tell you. All the bureaucracy is reduced to processing the Identification and its Certificate.

Question: Then Identification as the only document is not enough.

Answer: I remind you that the Administration of each country may require the documentation it considers for its procedures.
No credential, be it Identification, DNI or Passport is universal safe-conduct for everything. Nor for outrages outside the Law. Each REML has its own Identification and associated certificate. Its use is the responsibility and responsibility of the user. Like all belonging to each one.
